EuroCham Energy Dinner

Another successful year of hosting the EuroCham Energy Dinner!

Hosted by the EuroCham Energy Working Group on Sep 12, the exclusive event gathered a hundred influential attendees comprised of government officials, business players and stakeholders in the energy sector.

The event was opened by Thomas Wagner (Head of the Energy Working Group) and Berend van Wel (Vice Chairman). EuroCham are also honored to have Yudo Dwinanda Priaadi (Director General of New & Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM)) and Henriette Færgemann (First Counsellor - Environment, Climate Action, ICT at Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia) for giving their remarks at the event.

EU-ABC Mission Trip: Ministry of Health

On September 6, EuroCham Indonesia met with the Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin on the occasion of the EU-ASEAN Business Council Mission Trip 2023 to Indonesia. The meeting was led by the Executive Director of EU-ABC, Chris Humphrey, and EuroCham was represented by Hanum Yahya (Novartis), Head of the Healthcare Working Group.

Minister and delegates discussed topics pertaining to the new omnibus Health Law, updates on salt and sugar reduction, price negotiation as well as the government’s downstream policy in the health industry. The Minister reiterated Indonesia’s priority to build and strengthen healthcare resiliency in anticipation of the next pandemic.
