On 5th of July, EuroCham attended the 5th ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day at Ayana Midplaza. In this event, Widyawan & Partners (a Gold member of EuroCham Indonesia) in association with Linklaters represented by Narendra Adiyasa, moderated the second discussion session titled “Uniting Common & Civil Law Jurisdictions: Document Production in Arbitration Proceedings”. The speakers shared their expertise on how the arbitration rules will benefit the parties during the proceedings, specifically for document production.

On July 4, EuroCham was delighted to celebrate the new beginning of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia. The President Director of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia, Laurent Bourson, and the President Commissioner Handojo G. K. delivered speech and remarks during the inauguration of the name PT AXA Insurance in Jakarta. Going forward, PT AXA Insurance Indonesia will introduce a series of product and service innovations, especially through digitalization.
