As a follow up action of a working plan stipulated on the previous Energy Working Group Meeting, the group arranges appointment on 10 April 2019 with President’s Special Envoy for Climate Change to discuss about the carbon trading issues. The group were represented by its leaders, Wichard Von Harrach, Eva Pitterling, and Omar Abdulkadir and met the President’s Special Envoy staffs who were represented by Moekti Handajani Soejachmoen (Deputy), and Lia H. Zakiyyah (Assistant to Deputy).
Despite the productive discussion, both parties realize the huge challenges ahead in terms of enable carbon trading market in Indonesia.
