On 29 May, EuroCham Indonesia met with Mr. Johannes Greess, HSBC ASEAN Desks for France Benelux, DACH and Nordics at HSBC office in WTC Complex. During the meeting, Mr. Edison Bako, Executive Director of EuroCham Indonesia, and Mr. Johannes Greess discusses opportunities ahead to align EuroCham and HSBC's common goals of promoting Indonesia's investment to the world, especially to the European countries. Mr. Edison Bako also provided his insights on the challenges and opportunities of doing business in Indonesia.

The EuroCham Chemical Working Group held its regular meeting on May 26 at EuroCham's office (hybrid).

The meeting was opened by Erike Yanidia, Head of the Chemical Working Group & Regulatory Management & Trade Compliance Manager at Merck Chemicals and Life Sciences, and EuroCham secretariat as well as the working group participants that were present at the meeting. During the meeting, the working group covered updates on pertinent industry-specific policies as well as action plans for advocacy to the government and key stakeholders.
