Event Reports

On January 4, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Intellectual Property (ICT & IP) Working Group convened virtually to elect the Chair and Deputy Chairs within the working group. Minn Tun (CEO of Bhumi Varta Technology) was elected as the Chair of the ICT & IP Working Group, Jørgen Enger Fjellin (Managing Director of Baezeni Indonesia) as the Deputy Chair of the ICT Sub-Working Group, and Kin Wah Chow (Principal of Rouse) as the Deputy Chair of IP Sub-Working Group. Congratulations to all the elected leaders, we hope advocacy issues can be well addressed through this new leadership.

EuroCham participated in the first coalition call of I-EU CEPA with FESI along with other European stakeholders. The participants addressed their concerns and hopes for the I-EU CEPA, while EuroCham also shared their insights from discussions with the Ministry of Trade. As a follow up to this meeting, FESI will come up with the latest joint letter on I-EU CEPA for the participating stakeholders.
