On 25 July 2018, EuroCham Transport & Logistics Working Group held a meeting to share latest updates on transportation and logistics policies, including air, land, and ocean transportation. The meeting also discuss latest development of AEO facilities, air cargo security, air cargo manifest regulation, and general import policy regulations. General regulatory changes that were also discussed including the introduction of Online Single Submission Program, New Regulations on Foreign Workers, and updates on Negative Investment List. This meeting was chaired by Mr. Yigit Saricinar of Geodis as the Head of Working Group.

On Friday, 6 July 2018 the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Working Group held a meeting hosted by Novartis Indonesia. The meeting chaired by Ms. Hanum Yahya and Mr. Harimurti Listiano, as recently elected Working Group Leaders. The discussion commenced with explanation on recent changes in working group leadership.

The meeting continued with new policy updates related to implementation of post border measure in the sector, new BPOM regulation on drug management, as well as recent changes in licensing service application. The meeting also discussed Local Content, Halal requirement and implementation of Patent Law. The members examined whether updates on policies has impacted the business process and determined the best possible advocacy strategy to address the issues related to new policy as well as recurrent issue. The meeting ended with handover of token appreciation to Mr. Dono Widiatmoko as a former Head of Working Group.
