On the 12th of February, EuroCham Indonesia was honoured to welcome Antoine Ripoll, Minister-Counsellor at EU Delegation to ASEAN - Parliamentary Relations, for a courtesy visit to our office wherein we had an insightful discussion on the challenges and opportunities for increased ties within the region.

The Transport & Logistics Sub-Working Group (part of the Market Access Working Group) convened for the first time this year on February 12, 2024 at the EuroCham office. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Chairs of the Sub-Working Group, Ratna Dewi (President Director of a. hartrodt Indonesia) and Botir Rakhimov (Head of Country Sales of Rhenus Logistics), and supported by Gustaaf Reerink (Foreign Counsel of Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro / ABNR Counsellors at Law) as the Board Patron. During the discussion, the members exchanged insights of taxation issues for the transport and logistics sector and how to address such issues.
