The Deputy Head for the IP Sub-Working Group, Kin Wah Chow, met with Bigi, the Head of Legal at Wahana Musik Indonesia, on 11 October to discuss potential collaborations focused on addressing copyright enforcement in the music industry, royalty payments, and ongoing policy developments in Indonesia related to these areas.

On October 10, EuroCham Indonesia was honored to be invited to Henkel Indonesia’s 50th Golden Anniversary at The St. Regis Jakarta.

The event celebrated Henkel's achievements in Indonesia since its establishment in 1974, featuring addresses by esteemed guests from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the German Embassy in Jakarta, a tribute video showcasing local employees, and special performances by local musicians. Henkel's 50-year journey in Indonesia was also brought to life through installations and an experience center highlighting various innovations developed by Henkel over the past half-century.
