Socialization on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 172 of 2023 and Taxation Reform Update
On March 22, EuroCham was cordially invited by the Directorate General of Tax to socialize on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 172 of 2023 on the Application of Principles of Reasonable and Customized Business in Transactions Affected by Private Relationships, along with a taxation reform update. This offline session served as an avenue for stakeholders to gain insights into the new transfer pricing regulations and tax reformation measures that have been taken by the Directorate General of Tax.

On March 22, EuroCham was cordially invited by Water.org to attend the Ministry of Health: Discussion and Knowledge Sharing on Alternative Financing Solutions and Drinking Water and Sanitation Partnership. The discussion highlighted the importance of improving the quality of drinking water and sanitation with financial support from various stakeholders in order to achieve the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN).
