On March 8th, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia signed a cooperation agreement with Premier Bintaro Hospital. The cooperation was initiated as an active effort from Mercedes-Benz to support the health tourism program. Mercedes-Benz believes that the cooperation can expand its reach to provide the best customer experience to a wider group of people, specifically patients, doctors, and medical personnel.

Mercedes-Benz shows its commitment to support the program by providing two vehicle units for VVIP customer drop-off and pick-up needs, Mercedes-Benz V 250 for VVIP customers airport pick-up, and Mercedes-Benz S 450 for VVIP maternity customers. The vehicles come with modern and luxurious interior designs. The vehicles are also equipped with heating and massage features, headrest, footrest, and MBUX infotainment system.

At Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor (Gaikindo) Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle Expo (GIICOMVEC) 2024, Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCV) officially introduced the new Mercedes-Benz Bus Euro 4 and Euro 5 products. During the expo, DCVI brought four out of eight new Mercedes-Benz Bus models and the latest models from the Mercedes-Benz Axor and Actros truck series that are equipped with the latest safety technology.

The launch was aimed to complete the list of low-emission Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle units. It aligns with the demand of customers to provide more environmentally friendly bus services. Furthermore, it resonates with Daimler Truck’s global vision in leading the industry to zero-emission transportation. In the spirit of supporting the product localization program, the bus has also been assembled and built in Indonesia.
