The Human Resources Working Group held its second leaders meeting on January 30 virtually by zoom. The meeting was chaired by the Head of Human Resources Working Group, Miguel Latorre (Managing Director of VISTRA Indonesia & Malaysia), and the Deputy Head of Human Resources Working Group, Rakhman Ferdinansyah (Associate Director of HR & Payroll Services at TMF Group). The leaders discussed the summary of the Position Paper’s survey as well as the key issues and recommendations that are relevant to be included in the position paper along with the plan of next Working Group meeting. We would like to thank the Head and Deputy Head of the Human Resources Working Group for attending the meeting.

On the 27th of January, the Pharmaceutical & Medical Technology Working Group convened its regular meeting via Zoom. The meeting group was led by the Head of the Working Group Hanum Yahya (Country Head of Public Affairs, Communication and Engagement). The group had a discussion on EuroCham's annual publication, the position paper 2023, as well as policy developments regarding halal and tariff standards for health insurance.

The meeting also announced the working group's rebranding into the "Healthcare Working Group", promoting inclusiveness in healthcare advocacy.
