On 20 Novemeber, the Energy Working Group’s Task Force held an online dialogue with the Vice Chairman for Renewable Energy and Environment of the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), Halim Kalla. This Meeting was attended by David Cullerier (Board Patron for Energy Working Group), Thomas Wagner (Head of Energy Working Group), along with Eva Pitterling, Nicolas van den Abeele, Miroslav Dijakovic, Omar Abdul Kadir, and Frederic Fontan as the deputies of the group. The Meeting aimed to maintain and deepen close ties between the two chambers as well as provide an avenue for an open discussion on current priorities and activities as well as to explore areas for effective cooperation.

The Meeting also agreed on a follow up event to provide updates on the New Presidential Regulation on Renewable Energy Feed In Tariif and Business to Business Power Supply (Onsite and Corporate PPA), to be held in the near future.

On Friday, 20 November 2020, the EuroCham Agriculture, Food, and Beverage Working Group organized a meeting with its member companies. The meeting was moderated by Mr. Doni Wiroto Wibisono and Mr. Dendy A. Borman, as the Head and Deputy Head of the Working Group. The Meeting discussed and shared updates on halal issues, and the latest issuance of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation that potentially impact the sector.
