The EuroCham Cosmetic Sub-Working Group was invited as an observer to the Special Meeting of the ASEAN Cosmetic Committee (ACC) on 2-3 October 2024. The Meeting was conducted according to the result from the 35th ACC meeting. ACC convened the Special Meeting of the ACC to discuss the implementation of the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive (ACD). The Meeting discussed interpretations regarding the implementation of the article as stated on the ACD.

On October 3, EuroCham Indonesia was pleased to meet with the M+R Spedag Group, an esteemed EuroCham member, where we had the opportunity to talk to Arnold Van Der Veen, General Director. The meeting provided an introduction to EuroCham and our advocacy work and engaged in an in-depth discussion of the current policy landscape in Indonesia and prospects for investment and business climate in Indonesia.
