On 3rd April, EuroCham’s Healthcare Working Group conducted its meeting at the EuroCham office. The meeting was led by the Head of the Working Group, Andri Kusandri (Market Access and Government Affairs Director at Merck).

The working group was delighted to have Donna Priadi (Country Director of Vriens & Partners) as a speaker to present 2024 post-election economic implications for businesses in the healthcare sector; discussing policy projections, expectations for the new government, and challenges and opportunities for the healthcare industry. The meeting was followed by general updates on working group activities, potential partnership plans, and advocacy efforts.

We extend our gratitude to all the participants who attended this meeting, and we look forward to the next meeting.

On 3rd April, EuroCham attended a focus group discussion hosted by the National Agency of Food and Drug Control (Badan Pengawas Obat & Makanan) at Hotel Amarossa Grande and hybrid on Zoom.

The discussion was led by Dian Putri Anggraweni (Director of Standardization of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics), followed by socialization on the Draft Revision of BPOM Regulation Number 21 of 2022 concerning Procedures for Submitting Cosmetic Notifications.
