The EuroCham Energy and Finance, Tax, Investment (FTI) Working Group held a joint working group meeting on Sep 14 at EuroCham's office.

The meeting was led by Thomas Wagner (Head of the Energy working group) and Omar Abdulkadir (Head of the FTI working group). The group also had the honor to invite Mr. Lufaldy Ernanda, Director of Financial Derivatives and Carbon Exchange Supervision at Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), to discuss about Indonesia's carbon exchange mechanism & standardization as stipulated in the Law No. 4/2023.

We would like to thank Mr. Lufaldy for the insightful discussion and everyone who participated in the meeting.

EuroCham attended the Indonesia Sustainability Forum (ISF) 2023 thematic event “Reversing Plastic Pollution: Circular Strategies in Action”.

EuroCham Board Member, Lucia Karina (Vice President of Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners) served as a panelist and presented her perspective on creating a circular economy for packing materials.
