On the 17th of January, the Human Resources Working Group convened its first hybrid meeting of the year. In this session, EuroCham invited TMF Group to hold a socialization titled “Implementation of Government Regulation No. 58/2023 and How It Impacts Employees'' presented by ari wahyuni (Manager of HR & Payroll Services) and Rakhman Sapta Ferdinansyah, CHRP (Associate Director – HR & Payroll Services and Head of the Working Group). The meeting was also chaired by the Deputy Heads of the Working Group, Sylviawati Tanuwikarta (Human Resources Manager at Siemens) and Stephen Igor Warokka (Partner at SSEK Law Firm). To conclude this meeting, the participants also discussed advocacy priorities for 2024.

On January 16, EuroCham attended the online socialization of Minister of Industry Regulation No. 1 of 2024. The socialization encompassed the extent of the new regulation, the procedures for its implementation, and how to use the SIINas under the new regulation.
