The EuroCham Chemical Working Group held its regular meeting on May 26 at EuroCham's office (hybrid).

The meeting was opened by Erike Yanidia, Head of the Chemical Working Group & Regulatory Management & Trade Compliance Manager at Merck Chemicals and Life Sciences, and EuroCham secretariat as well as the working group participants that were present at the meeting. During the meeting, the working group covered updates on pertinent industry-specific policies as well as action plans for advocacy to the government and key stakeholders. We appreciate everyone's participation, and we hope to see you at future meetings.

The EuroCham Finance, Tax, and Investment Working Group along with the Human Resources Working Group hosted a joint chambers meeting with AmCham and Jakarta Japan Club (JJC) at our office. The meeting was chaired by Omar Abdulkadir (Head of the FTI Working Group at EuroCham) and invited Brian Arnold and Ben koesmoeljana (Co-Chairs of the Tax Committee of AmCham Indonesia) and Tadahiko Onaka (Chairman of JJC's taxation Committee) to share insights on recent taxation issues. EuroCham highly appreciated the enthusiasm and interest of the respective chamber to participate in this fruitful discussion!
