The EuroCham Technology Working Group held its meeting virtually on 29 September 2023.

The meeting discussed the developments of the Personal Data Protection (PDP) regulatory framework in Indonesia, including the recent draft of the implementing regulation of the PDP Law. The group also discussed future activities and advocacy efforts for the betterment of the technology policy landscape and ecosystem. The meeting was led by Muhammad Firman Eko Putra and Daniel Kandou from the EuroCham secretariat.

With the reactivation of the Technology Working Group, EuroCham is delighted to announce the newly elected Head of the Technology Working Group, Jørgen Enger Fjellin Enger Fjellin (Managing Director of Baezeni Indonesia) and Deputy Head of the Technology Working Group, Minn Tun (CEO of Bhumi Varta Technology). Congratulations on the appointment!

The Energy Working Group Meeting held its monthly meeting on September 26 at EuroCham’s office.

The meeting was led by Miroslav Dijakovic (Director at Cleantech Solar and Deputy Head for Energy) as well as Thomas Dreesen (President Director of Indesco and Deputy Head for Energy). The group discussed updates related to energy efficiency regulation and solar rooftop development, a recap of the energy dinner, and inputs for the upcoming working group meeting.
