On December 11, EuroCham was invited to attend the Public Consultation held by The Directorate of Standardization of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics. The Public consultation was discussed on 2 (two) draft of BPOM Regulations;

1. Draft Revision of BPOM Regulations on Procedures for Submitting Cosmetic Notifications

2. Draft Revision of BPOM Regulations on Certification of Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices

The Public Consultation activity was carried out with the aim of gathering input and responses from associations, business actors and related stakeholders. It is hoped that the input provided can improve the draft regulations that have been prepared so that the regulations are in line with existing developments.

On December 6, the European Union in collaboration with IBCWE, EuroCham, and UN Women held a seminar on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) in the workplace at JS Luwansa Hotel.

This collaboration brought together leaders, HR professionals, managers, and corporate representatives to increase awareness, build their capacities, and share best practices on PSEAH. The goal is to foster safer, more inclusive workplaces that prioritize dignity and respect for everyone.
