On March 7th, the EuroCham Chemical Working Group held its first meeting of the year via Zoom, chaired by the outgoing Head of the Working Group, Erike Yanidia. The meeting covered key policy updates in the chemical sector, upcoming activities, and advocacy efforts for the year ahead.

We would like to express our gratitude to Ibu Erike for leading the Working Group over the past two years. We also warmly welcomed our newly elected leadership team: Inezia Aurelia as Head of the Chemical Working Group and Haqiki Aplesiasfika as Deputy Head.

On March 6, EuroCham attended a WEBINAR entitled the collaboration between BPJPH and Customs on the Implementation of Halal Regulation for the Imported Products which are distributed and traded in Indonesia. The webinar invited, as panellists, Mr. Nurhanudin, ST, M. Kom (Act. Head of Data and Information Center - BPJPH), and Mr. Luthfi (Technical Directorate of Customs - DG Customs and Excise).
