On the 6th of September, EuroCham was invited to attend the Jakarta Investment Festival 2024. Jakarta Investment Festival (JIF) 2024 is a series of annual business and investment forum activities organized by the Jakarta Provincial Government through the Jakarta Investment Centre, Department for Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services (DPMPTSP).

The event was opened with opening remarks from Heru Budi Hartono (Acting Governor of Jakarta), Rosan Roeslani (Minister of Investment of Indonesia), Sri Haryati (Assistant to Jakarta Provincial Secretary for Economy and Finance), and Benni Aguscandra (Head of Investment & Integrated One Stop Services Jakarta Provincial Government).

EuroCham was also a proud knowledge partner for the thematic discussion, “Green Jobs, Greener City”. The discussion featured Arif Wahyudin (Sustainable Integration & Economic Development Senior Manager of Danone).

EuroCham participated in the Public Hearing on the Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Health Supplies on 6 September, organized by the Ministry of Health. The public hearing was opened by Rizka Andalusia, Director General for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.

As the draft regulation will serve as the implementation for Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024, the hearing discussed the technical provisions on the management of health supplies such as drugs and medical devices, as well as household medical devices.
