The EuroCham secretariat attended a HHP Event on 30 August, which focused on the overview of Online Trading for Healthcare Products in Indonesia.

This discussion gave an overview of the regulatory framework for trading healthcare products online in Indonesia, which was delivered and led by Reagen Lodeweijke Mokodompit (Associate Partner at HHP) and Cahyani Endahayu (Partner at HPP).

On 29th August EuroCham was invited to attend an online Public Consultation on the revision of the Head of BPOM Decree on Permitted Ingredients in cosmetics held by the Directorate of Standardization of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements and Cosmetics. The event was opened by Ibu Dra. Reri Indriani, Apt., M.Si, acting Deputy for Supervision of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics. The purpose of the event is to be a platform for all stakeholders to give inputs and comments on the draft of the regulation to be able to be improved and implemented properly once the regulation is implemented. The event was attended by companies, academics, professional organisations, and representatives of local and foreign associations.
