EuroCham participated in the Public Hearing on the Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Non-Communicable Disease and the Draft Minister of Health Regulation on Breast Milk (ASI) on 27 September, organized by the Ministry of Health.

As the draft regulation will serve as the implementation for Government Regulation No. 28 of 2024, the hearing discussed the technical provisions on imposing the maximum content level of sugar, salt and fat (GGL) and procedures for using breast milk substitute products.

On September 26, the EuroCham Energy Working Group held its monthly meeting, hosted at PT. TÜV NORD Indonesia office (an esteemed member of EuroCham).

The meeting was opened by the Head of the Working Group, Thomas Wagner, followed by a presentation from Oliver Glatow and Satrio Prillianto of the PT. The TÜV NORD Indonesia team is working on accessing export markets for biomethane, e-fuels, hydrogen, biofuels, and the associated certifications.
