EuroCham participated in the Coordination Meeting of the Academic-Business-Government-Community (ABGC), organized by the Ministry of Health on November 6 via Zoom.

The meeting focused on strategies to strengthen the resilience and capacity of the pharmaceutical industry to meet national demand for medicines. Discussions highlighted the importance of utilizing domestically produced drugs in procurement processes for both government and private healthcare facilities affiliated with BPJS. The meeting brought together stakeholders, including representatives from academia and various government ministries

The Human Resources Working Group held its regular meeting on 5 November at the EuroCham Office. This meeting was chaired by the Deputy Heads of the Working Group, Sylviawati Tanuwikarta (Head of People and Organization at Siemens Indonesia), and Stephen Igor Warokka (Partner at SSEK Law Firm). The meeting discussed Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023 that amended the Manpower Law provisions and EuroCham advocacy updates, followed by an interactive discussion from the participants.
