EuroCham was cordially invited by the Directorate General of Informatic Application, Ministry of Communication and Digital, to an offline focus group discussion on Article 18A of Law No. 1 of 2024 pertaining to International electronic agreement. Seradesy Sumardi (Chief of Legal Officer at L’Oreal Indonesia) was present on behalf of EuroCham to share her expertise from the industry’s best practices on the implementation of international electronic agreement and its conformity in the legal perspective. Other foreign business chambers of commerce and associations also attended the discussion.

On the 21st of November, EuroCham was invited to the Public Hearing of the Indonesian Trade Safeguards Committee (KPPI) extension of Safeguard Measures on Textile and Textile Products.
