On April 30, EuroCham Indonesia supported a seminar on Preparing for Indonesia’s Mandatory Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Framework, held at Dentons HPRP, bringing together stakeholders to discuss the evolving regulatory landscape and its implications for businesses.
The session featured distinguished speakers from the Ministry of Human Rights, Dentons HPRP, and industry representatives, including Sofia Alatas (Ministry of Human Rights), Yohanes Jeffry Johary (OCS Indonesia), Emman Marpaung CFE, CFCS, Cert.III (Triage Investica), Linna Simamora (Dentons HPRP), and James Boyd (Dentons HPRP).
